Suggestion: adding videos to PU
Hello Lucio,
I know you are aiming for World-class level for PU. I think that what could bring it to the next level is you making videos for the lessons. I'm sure you already thought about it. Then, all the texts and images of PU could be used as:
- Course syllabus: there it could be a PDF that people could print at home that would take the script you're reading in PU. The "slides".
- Subtitles: there you could have subtitles from the text (also a transcript), so that you could more easily translate the text in many languages and have them as subtitles. You would speak in English but it would be displayed in Italian, French or whatever.
To me, the best website for the teacher-learner off-line interface is Lecturio. I would recommend you to go for the free trial to see how it works. I study it daily. Here is an example in a video.
I'm aware it's a huge work. So this could be an idea for PU 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0.

This is an awesome idea, thank you for sharing it!
It has become my new long-term goal now :).
It is indeed a big work, and also PU should have reached a stable phase where one could say "OK, now it's as good as it can be, so let's add the video loessons".
Because the advantage right now is that amending is easy, while with the videos it would probably become more of a "fixed" product.
But, once PU reaches a point where one could say "alright, there is really little to add, trim, or change now", then this will take it to the next level.

I agree, I see the same thing as you do.
