What is mindset mastery?

What is mindset mastery? What are its components? How can we achieve it? Question like this is all over the internet yet answered with such vagueness and generic feel good crap. I ask, what are its components? Mastering your emotions, mastering your thoughts, Mastering your beliefs, understanding who you are, Mastering your decision making skills.. This is just what exists in my mind as to what mindset mastery is. I ask if someone out there knows what mindset mastery is, what components in its entirety exist and how we can achieve it?

I'm working on this myself too!

Having enough control over your mind so that you can successfully achieve the goals and tasks you set for yourself.

Having choice and exercising your free will and not just chasing things because of hormonal and emotional impulses or conditioning.

In Practical terms, knowing that there are constructive things you can do to improve 4 core areas of your life (Health, Finances, Socialising & Your Happiness)

And also being aware of the science of how the brain works. Making sure that you cover your psychological needs daily

1.Having small wins

2. Influencing people /sharing/contributing

3. Having skills that people need

4. Enjoying yourself/feeling positve emotions

The link is interesting.
There are useful articles here as well on being more assertive and dealing with value-taking behaviour (e.g. rudeness).
