TPM’s 3 Levels of Power
Much self-help, and especially self-help dealing with dark triads, stops at Level 1. TPM was built to take you to Level 3.
Level 0: Healing for victims. Empathy and validation for ‘licking wounds’,
Level 1: Self Defense. Spotting takers, and preventing future vicitmization. But missing the tools to counter and win.
Level 2: Personal Power. Gaining the status, influence, and resources to win at life and achieve your individual goals.

Why Our Approach Works
The Power Moves introduced power dynamics as the ‘grammar’ of influence and achievement to empower good men.
We combine rigorous scientific research, including full-literature handbook reviews, with real-world proven strategy and we prioritize truth and results.
But we also include an ‘honorable man’ approach to combine raw effectiveness with genuine win-win relationships.
Our three pillar approach is based on experience, science, and critical analysis:
1. Experience
We only teach what we reach.
Experience is testing in the most naturalistic environment of the real world.
It includes Lucio’s experience, second-hand experience, TPM’s community (#4 below), and other high-achieving sources.

Lucio Buffalmano is a social scientist on a mission.
He focuses on literature synthesis — moving beyond single studies to identify the recurring patterns across social science research, and codifying the principles that turn good men into effective, high-status men.
These men, in turn, reach their goals, gain respect, and navigate life on their own terms.
Lucio’s mission is to make Power University the ultimate resource: equipping men of integrity with everything they need to succeed without compromising their values.
