Are Posture, Physiotherapy & Ergonomics Content Relevant on this Forum?

Lucio mentioned that the book review of Becoming a Supple Leopard has been purged:

As such, I was wondering if posture is still relevant on this website.

I have been reading quite a bit on physiotherapy and ergonomics due to my old injury and my interest in returning to weightlifting.
Here are 2 such books:

  • The Lifter's Guide to Fixing Common Injuries and Building a Strong Foundation for Enhancing Performance
  • The Squat Bible - The Ultimate Guide to Mastering the Squat and Finding your True Strength-Createspace Independent Publishing Platform (2017)

The first book covers how to resolve pain around various joints such as

  • Spine
  • Hip
  • Shoulder

It sounds more health-related.
But the book mentions one important point.
Can you expect yourself to have good posture if you have chronic pain in your joints?
Probably not, your body is likely to adjust away from the ideal posture with that pain.

Would anyone be interested in these topics?

Personally, I'd say that it's relevant to the forum as it's relevant to self-development.

Though I'm not convinced that the book format is the best way to convey information related to body movement.

I personally think videos are better for that.
