Hi Guys,
What is the right response to a public bad review of your service?
What if the review also criticize your attitude (I took some class with a senior teacher, it didn't work, and she left a public review saying she had a terrible experience, and criticizing my attitude)?
What is the right response to someone criticizing your work in emails with people in cc?

Hey Mathieu,
You should post the review to give a proper answer to this (plus more background info, like what really happened there).

Hey Mathieu,
Responding to bad reviews by customers or by co-workers is definitely tricky in that you have to look eagle like without attacking the customer.
It's crucial the actual issue is brought forward for any future customers or coworkers to see so that
1) They won't feel like there is a possibility of things going South with you without reason.
2) any issues faced will be carefully handled to be fair on both sides.
If you do share any examples it will make for a very good discussion where we can all learn to be more savvy.
