Book summaries back + "Scroll to top" arrow on mobile

Two quick updates among a few smaller changes coming up:

Book summaries back: added back the "book summaries" to the "resources menu"
"Scroll to top arrow": on mobile there's now an arrow at right bottom of the screen to go back to the top, faster

If anyone doesn't like any of that, or has any other feedback, happy to read, and (re-)consider.
