Collaboration: power moves & legal implications

I have not had time to read everything on your site, but like what I've read so far.

It seems like you care not just about power, but also justice.  As a California attorney, I regularly see the limits of the legal system, and major areas of it that need social pressure to be improved (otherwise insurance / similar corporations will continue to use their wealth and sophistication to totally rig the system).  This affects many individuals (whether involved in an insurance claim or a divorce).

The one on one "power moves" you describe may at times often be transferable to legal issues, which often reflect social, psychological, and individual power issues.
I have too much work on my plate (and I would imagine you do too).  I also have a family with a child and the need to keep a roof over people's heads.

I am very into synergy, and attempting to subdue my ego to allow the greater good.  Let me know if you might want to open up a series of phone calls to see if we might find benefits from attempts (perhaps limited at first) at collaboration and/or c0-marketing for the greater good (email redacted for privacy).

+1 for your on your influencing skills :).

Had this come on my email, it would have been buried.
Being the only one who didn't ignore my request in the "contact page", it stood out.

And you're absolutely right.
In many cases, there are a lot of legal implications when it comes to power dynamics and power moves.

As a matter of fact, my motivation to start this website grew tenfold in my last work, looking at how a few clueless guys got their rights trampled.
In most cases, it wasn't just people who lacked assertiveness, but it was people who had no idea what their rights were.

Had they collected just enough evidence, or even simply contacted a lawyer at the right time, they would have gone in a heartbeat from bullied around, to negotiating from a position of power.

I'm going to drop you an email, cheers.
