Do women care about where a guy lives?

Do women care about how nice (or not nice) a man's home is?
YES
NO

For years I always thought that one of the things that prevented me from getting to the next level with women was because my home wasn’t nice enough.

After 20 years of blood / sweat / tears / frugality, I finally massively upgraded to a MUCH nicer home on a very prestigious avenue in a large city that has for been associated with wealth/class/celebrity residents etc for the last hundred years.
I love my new home and I would love it even if it had to be a big secret and no one could ever know where I lived.  But I assumed it wouldn’t hurt me with the ladies.
Yet, I’m finding that women like me less, and treat me with less respect that they did when I lived in a far more modest place.
Nothing else about my personality, clothing, lifestyle etc has changed.  If anything, I’m in slightly better physical shape now.
Women like my new place, but they seem to like ME less despite the upgrade.  Several of the very same women that I was seeing before I moved have behaved less respectfully towards me and ended up dumping me.
I’m also having a harder time attracting new women.  As an experiment, I’ve tried both mentioning my prestigious address, and not mentioning it.  It makes no difference.
I have not been acting like some cocky asshole who expects to get laid just because I live in a nice place.  (And even if I was behaving in that way, some guys do succeed in making that work for them.)
Obviously where a guy lives is not the only thing that matters.  There are many other factors -- looks, personality, physical condition etc.
However, this question is specifically about how women react to where a guy lives.   If you are reading this sentence, I thank you for your time and would very much appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter.

So there is only 2 conclusions so far:

1. It’s the house: therefore sell the house! (Joking here)

2. It’s not the house: and it’s coming from you.

Congrats for the house, though!

I don’t know man. It could be 2 things: the women you saw before could have been jealous. Or you changed your attitude subconsciously based on this house AKA approval seeking.

You say it does not matter to you but you still ask if women appreciate a nice house. So there’s a contradiction here.

You’re allowed to be proud of your house, man! You can even mention it.

Hmm if you want to do some humblebragging on it maybe mention some projects you are planning for the house women always like.men.who have projects and get s*** done around the place

Hey Social Strategist

My view is that women do care about where you live and how you maintain your place. But this is the kind of value that it's best conveying indirectly.

As an experiment, I’ve tried both mentioning my prestigious address, and not mentioning it. It makes no difference.

Perhaps we can analyse this case better if you show us what you said to them, and how they reacted. Still, I'd say the fundamental reason for the rejection you are experiencing lies in other variables. A house alone cannot be this make it or break it factor.
