Extreme ownership disambiguation

Hello TPM community,

we talked here before about the difference in mindset between "extreme ownership" vs "doing your best".

Extreme ownership: you're responsible for everything that happens in your World.
Doing your best: self-explanatory. One understands that he/she's not controlling everything around him/her.

I feel like I found the misunderstanding.

Extreme ownership is not a self-development principle.

Extreme ownership is a leadership principle

I'll listen again in a couple/few months the book again so I might comment more on this.
