I believe something like
If you would like to continue finding out about styles of seduction, like to tell me that you would like me to produce more of these videos and subscribe to keep yourself in the loop!
would incentivise the viewers to like & subscribe.
Honestly, the content is good so I don't care that much about the quality of the video :-).
On an unrelated note, this is why I suggest a podcast. We do have to start from scratch. But then we worry only about audio.

Some of those recent vids are shorter versions of older videos. And in some of those older videos I was trying things, sometimes at random and sometimes with counterintuitive formats to see how they'd perform.
As a general rule, I agree with you that it's not the best approach.
