Going from References to Offer

I’m interviewing with a US based hedge fund. I’ve spent almost 3 months in the interview process now - multiple phone calls with the portfolio manager, in person half day, dinner, met all the HR people in person. They’ve called my references this week and my references said the company sounds like they’re excited to hire and make the offer.

however, it’s now the end of the week and I haven’t heard back from HR. What are some strategies to navigate this silence?
