From a quick look it's possible you might be confusing website full access to articles with Power University -two different things-.
If I am wrong, forward me or share the details of your purchase of Power University and I'll look into it more deeply -and fix it if it was a mistake on this side-.

Awesome, found it and now you have access (not sure what happened to be honest, but I guess what matters is that it's fixed).
You'll find a much improved course since then -and of course, it's also going to get even better :)-.
