High Warmth High Power Defense (Top Gun Clip)

Hello! This is my first post on this forum. I was watching this scene from the new Top Gun movie. I really liked the way Hangman defended himself while maintaining high warmth and high power. I'm wondering what your takeaways are to maintaining that high warmth and high power (and likeable cockiness) when defending yourself. Thank you!
