LOL, I hear you man.
I feel the same way about many situations that I could better handle as a more empowered man (some we even discussed here long time ago).
And I also extend the same to other areas of life.
I wish my teenager self would have had access to the cool motorbikes I could ride as an adult, or to the pieces of a... OK, don't wanna goo too off-topic and get too graphic now :D.
About the reviews, if it was a server, I'd make sure to make sure the review singles out the server.
Otherwise, you may harm a business owner who may have simply had little skills in hiring or little control over the people.
Otherwise, totally agree with you: I'm a huge believer in the power and utility of reviews, both negative and positive.
