How to become a better Strategist
Hello everyone,
I think that it could be useful to have a thread about Strategy and Strategic Thinking as it is a key mindset for power and social success.
Robert Green has some golden nuggets about strategy. If you guys feel this topic belongs to another forum, feel free to move it. Or if anyone has a better idea for the title, I'm happy for it to be improved.
"Instead of reacting: what is the best way to respond to this? Rationally."
"The moment you step back and you go: I could do A, B, C, D or E instead of B: react. You have power, you have strategy in your life. All that it requires is that you consider other ways to respond to somebody's behaviour".

As you can see these are topics we talked about recently, for instance Lucio's talk about the 3 steps in learning power dynamics. The last step is how the strategist think I believe.

The last time I checked, I found it challenging to find (practical) books and resources about how to become a better (social) strategist. If anyone has some resources about strategy to share here that would be great.
Off-topic
Another key topic to power is rethorics. I think that actually frame control is a subdomain of rethorics. Food for thoughts and something I will probably talk about again in the future.
