How to deal with interruptions

Hello TPM community,
here are 2 techniques to deal with interruptions. They’re counter-interruptions:
- Just…: it does not make sense in English nor French. It’s an ellipse of “just something before you speak.
- Wait…: ellipse of “wait a second until I finish”
They are low investment and power protecting.
I think dealing with interruption goes in the same category of social skills as thanking and apologizing. We are using them on a daily basis.
