How would I go about seducing a friend?
Quote from J_J on October 18, 2022, 4:42 amI’ve been friends with this girl for a little over a year now and she recently got out of a relationship.
We have all the same interests but I’m still stuck in the friend zone.

Then the question becomes: how to smoothly build towards a
If you want to avoid any "hard jump", which is usually the best approach with friends, then start like this:
- Invite her out for something more "romantic" that friends wouldn't do
- Ask her if she'd like a wine, with the tone that you expect a "yes"
- Talk non-platonically, differently than how you talked so far, either deeper, more flirting, more sexual, more personal (or all of them)
- Invite her over
- Make your move / follow SU's format to go also go step by step
From the first moment, you want to do it differently than you've always done, so you can gauge from the very first step(s) whether she's up for it, or not.
If she's not, then you can stop without much awkwardness.

Ideally, you'd have actually already talked to her before not 100% as friend, but added some spices on top, some flirting, and some deeper and more personal converation.
However, no problem, you work with what you have, so you can start with that now.
P.S.:
You never asked for it, but I changed your nickname from your email to this one just to further protect privacy.

I’m pretty young so hopefully most could forgive me being greenhorn but better safe than sorry.
