Hello Lucio,
so after watching it on my computer, I maintain I find the sky over-crowded with eagles. There are 15 eagles. So maybe trying with 10 and 5 with different perspectives?
I think 5-10 would work better. Regarding the scale, I think the scales that work is for example the one on the extreme right (largest), one in the upper left corner (medium), the one near the top left of the university (small) and the one on the extreme left (smallest) are good scales to give perspective.
Currently, the movement seems a bit random to me, a few options:
- Circling around the university: I don't think it's a good idea since it evokes vultures
- Rising out from the university: I think it's the best rendering of what the university does. Maybe eagles could fly out from the university. For instance one eagle is already flying and one has still its claws on the ledge of a window and is starting to jump out. They're rejoining other eagles.
- Protecting the university: this is the current feel I get from the image, maybe not what you want to render.
So I think it's a powerful image and with a few tweaks it can give even more a powerful idea. The university and the papers, I would not change a thing. Except if you want the university standing more on books rather than pages. That's an alternative. Like grimoire types of books. Old books full of knowledge.

Yeah, looks like:
- Join PU
- Go through the course
- Become a life-winner (after having graduated)
- Take off toward your goals (of becoming a high-achiever)
- Pursue your path of choice
- Ascend to the top/up the ranks (e.g. the corporate ladder)

In these terms:

- Start studying/upgrading - today
- Get your first wins - 7 day mark
- Unlock advanced lessons - 35 days
- Stay on the upswing - 90 days
- Enjoy a winner's life - lifetime
This is the revised version:
Some ideas I had:
- The last is a guy on a hammock instead of on top of a podium = that you can "chill" once you reached a certain level. I think this is appealing and also partially true. You can take things easier once you brought yourself to a certain level
- A string of footprints at the bottom to show the "progression", like in the original ugly sketch:
- Guy #3 should jump to display "first win", but not hold a trophy (final victory), something I told the designer twice but he doesn't seem to get lol. Like this pic:
