Is a certification offered after completing PU?

Yes, definitely not good for everyone.
And empowered and Machiavellian person cna be perceived as a threat in a workplace indeed... Unless he works for you.
It's in those cases where your interests are obviously aligned with your client(s), boss(es), and employee(s) that it may work best.
Edit: as for potentially sounding "off" to someone, absolutely agree as well.
On the other hand, the word "power" in "Power University" is less arcane than "power dynamics" and also works on a subconscious level, so you'd still gain some points (plus, you may still explain it to some).
