Mirroring technique in negotiation
Quote from Growfast on August 26, 2021, 4:16 pmI recently came across a YouTube video where it was shown on how to handle a client/customer/other party in a negotiation when the negotiation is about helping the client and the client demands more value compared to the value he is giving.
It's an interesting example where it shows that when you put people tactfully in your place they will be able to empathize better and will become aware of what they are asking might be too much.
It's using their own game and argument against them so that both parties can empathize with each other and lead to a better cooperation.
