Power University now sends reminders to help stick through

To help new students stick through PU now sends automated emails.
Email "congratulations" for:
- First topic completed
- Any lesson marked as complete
Email reminders for users who don't log in within:
- 3 days
- 10 days
- 35 days
Email "congrats" and feedback requests for:
- Course completed
Very first test, curious to see if it may help.
And I'd like to add a survey soon for anyone who completes the course.
