PU buyer: want to share a Case in private forum but have no access.

Lucio,

Since you prefer the forum than mail, i post here so you notice.

I'd like to share a Case and ask for input in the private area, but cannot access it (And have also missed some content because of it).

I have already asked for support today an hour ago with the issue: "PU buyer: cannot access private forum [payment receipt: #1712-3041]"

If you can speed tech support or fix the issue I'd be grateful.
