Put some power on those arms! (the "limp limbs" mistake)

Just look at the first few seconds of this video.
How do you feel about this guy:
Not about his message, not about his words... But about him.
Of course, that also matters because we know that the messenger and the message influence each other.
High power messenger = high power message.
My first impression was that it lacked power.
In this case, the power was quite literal.
He let his arms flap around without direction, and his hands have no tension. So they look like lifeless -powerless- appendages flopping towards the ground.
All he needed to do was to move more deliberately, and put some tension on those arms and hands.
