Reframing algorithm

Quote from John Freeman on January 7, 2021, 6:28 amHello guys,
as you have seen, I noticed a few times that I was "stuck" in case of a negative frame set by someone else. So I had the idea of this algorithm:
- What frame is this? (Example: "it's all about you")
- Is this frame useful/positive for me? (Example: "No")
- What better frame would serve me? (Example: "It's all about us")
- Is it worth challenging the frame in this situation? (Example: "Yes")
- Reframe old frame ("it's all about you") to new frame ("It's all about us")
In bold was the missing step for me. That's why I was feeling "stuck". If you want to add something, please do.
Cheers!
