Self-development priority: understanding your biological self

12

I meant: "we don't want to be aware of them" in general as the average human who wants to think that he/she is so great and moral and want to have a positive image of oneself instead of a realistic one. Like most people pretend they only have good intentions and it's the rest of the World who's mean (to them).

But we (the people interested in self-development, reason and truth, like you and I) want to be aware of our instincts and shadow, yes! ๐Ÿ™‚

Got ya, alright, full clear now.

Agree with pretty much everything, and great thread, too.
And I should add the gist of it to the next update of "Ultimate Power".

Have you read the forum guidelines for effective communication already?

Yes, the forum medium has sometimes limitations for communication. I'm glad you like it!

"Stef, are you a philosopher and/or studying philosophy, man?

I had that thought from some of your quotes / thoughts."

I would say all humans are philosophers, it is just some take it more seriously than others, in my case I got very interested in philosophy and history around 8 or 10 years old, when they mention some thinker at school in history, science or religion classes.

I used to go to the internet and research more, (and watch porn also, I really liked porn back then, the golden days of Rebecca Linares before her tit surgery) I remember to have read about Aristotle, Feuebach, Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud, San Agustin, Nietzsche, Darwin and others before 12 so that got me and early start in philosophy.

I also liked epic poetry like Virgil, Homer, Dante, some Shakespeare, but I read those older.

then around 20 I reas some long russian nobels by Tolstoi and Dostoievsky, and books by Schopenhauer, Kant, and Heidegger.

now I want to read manga an sacred text

Actually I study Law and graduated as a lawyer, now I am studying English at the University.
