Short ALPHA male dominates everyone

Matthew: I am proud to say that I lead a team of people far more qualified than me in many ways.

This sentence is perfect in every regard. Ah actually not. It just misses a "we".

I am proud to say that I lead a team of people far more qualified than me in many ways and it makes us stronger for it.

Or something else. Otherwise there's too much "I" for my tastes.
