Signaling potential subscription error/bug

Apologies if this is not the right place to post this. If it's not, feel free to delete it.
Great website and articles! I loved the articles on social exchanges and the book reviews.
I wanted to purchase membership but the subscription form seems to be broken.
I'll describe the issue because I think it affects other people as well.
The button on the subscription form stays stuck in "Processing..Please wait".
In the Chrome console, I see there is an HTTP 403 error, which is usually caused by client/server miscommunication. Unfortunately I couldn't debug more.
I believe the problem is relatively wide, because I tried from multiple browsers and phone/laptop.
If you want to avoid this in the future, I recommend having an alarm that messages someone when this error occurs.
Please let me know if you need more info.
Cheers

Thank you so much for the heads up, bluesky!

If the issue ultimately served to bring you onto the forum community, then, I'm glad it at least served a good purpose 🙂

Update: I've taken action for this, if things are as good as my developer tell me they are, it should be fixed (I like using conditional sentences when I can't make sure of it myself :).

Thank you once more, bluesky!
