Submissive body language: nodding too much

Hello guys,
I have a question for you, especially for Lucio of course. I think that I'm nodding way too much when I'm listening to people, especially authorities. So, do you have examples you would consider good for how a aspiring powerful man should nod when listening to someone? I'm at the bottom of my competence/dominance hierarchy in my job if that helps.
Also, I noticed that body language and choosing where to go on the submissive-assertive-agressive scale differs depending on the context. Typically at work vs in social situation. Would you have any recommendations regarding this particular topic?
