The importance of titles for SEO: one example from YouTube

The original title of my video on Sadhguru was:
Sadhguru is dropping power moves like it's hot
I went for "funny" there.
And I tried to mimic Tom Bylieu's title of "This Indian mystic drops knowledge bombs" in an effort to get into his suggested video feeds.
I think it's a great strategy, but that didn't work here.
So I went for something more explicit, with stronger keywords and, to be honest, more "clickbait-y".
This was the new title:
Sadhguru Exposed: Guru, or Bully?
And this was the change:
Community, new content and Confidence University now available here.
