Unable to access Power University anymore
Quote from sapher on November 20, 2023, 9:27 pmHi Luccio,
Every once in a while, I like to go back to the course. But this time, I was unable to access it.
The last time I used the course was around may-juin 2023Â and everything worked fine back then. I checked my mails in case I missed some thing but I didn't find anything.
Can you look into it? Thank you!

Quote from sapher on November 20, 2023, 10:27 pmThank you for your reply. I've send a whatsapp message. I've just learned the policy change about access to the courses (one year instead of lifetime) reading the contact page.
I understand the change and I think the one time free extension for former client is a good idea.
I just wished there was an email send about this change, in particular for former client like myself who doesn't use the forum.
But as a fellow course seller (french market), I understand that this kind of change doesn't always go smoothly.
In my business, the software we use to host our courses (learnybox) allow us to keep different versions of a course. Clients have lifetime access to the version of the course they bought and we just expire the services around the course (mail support, coachings, access to tools, etc.). But It might not be as easy to implement with Wordpress.
Nonetheless, Power University is a great course. Power dynamics is at the same time crucial to understand social situations and empower one self, and so taboo, it's crazy...

I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense. You can't just terminate existing subscribers due to new policies.
The original deal to those who paid was to have lifetime access! Once you decide on a new policy you apply it only to new members.
