Why did Zach get this reaction from her?

I'm trying to understand it's because they are so young and slightly immature, or if it's his voice, banter (while ridicolous) or just his looks.
Sure the girl admited to have daddy issues but is it only that?
Also, the way he describes what he is going to do....why is it so effective in getting certain type of women hooked? Wouldn't they leave at first clear sign of direspect and abuse? I got left when i was really stressed and rude because i wasn't nice anymore (kept having lots of sex and dinners during)
TLDR:
Can someone break down why she got interested in him and why his method works on women :)
