Win-win works better for higher-qualtiy individuals
Conversely, manipulation, coercion and win-lose make more sense for lower-quality individual
This is a follow up from another this post on another thread:

Yeah, there is quite some truth there indeed.
Generally speaking:
Manipulation better serves lower-quality individuals because they need to manipulate or coerce others to get what they want.
On the other hand, when people generally want to be with you, associate with you, work with you, give you more opportunities etc. you don't need to "trick them" or coerce them.
THEN to uplift and let people free to decide works better because, well... They do want to stick with you anyway.
Take relationships for example.
The high-quality man that women naturally want to be and sitck with has no need to manipulate or gaslight her.
It's the lower quality man who needs to do that.
