I've now heard the Ukrainian president several times finger-point and blame countries and institutions for "not doing enough".
This is in stark contrast from the beginning, when he encouraged help with public recognition and gratitude -a much better approach-.
This finger-pointing approach is costing him social capital and it's not going to get him more help, but probably less.
Internally, that approach might give him points to part of his support base, but not to the larger section of moderates (not too dissimilar from Trump: get a few super excited about him, while costing him big time with far more people).
He is self-framing as a complainer out of touch with reality and who does not understand -or seek to understand- other people's equally important needs and wants, including the very fair goal of not wanting to enlarge the conflict-.
That is sure to annoy people.
