Thanks for sharing your thoughts man.
I see what you mean.
Replacing meals/food is like replacing sex with in vitro fertilization.
We should enjoy the evolutionary pleasures of life.

Could be awesome when you're really hard-pressed for time or if -it's a big if- it really helps someone's weight or shape's goals.

If that's not the case, I see sitting down for the meal as a pleasure of life.
So I wouldn't swap some "me time" with music or podcasts I like and delicious food I love to sip on a plastic cup.

I agree, good food and drink is awesome, and some things simply can't be replaced with the quick fixes that are meal replacement shakes.

With that said, I tried Ample before and I loved it. The flavor, taste, effectiveness, and how rewarding it felt to take after my workouts were all things I appreciated in their product.

I stopped taking them because it was too much protein given that I was already eating three meals a day. But, I plan on stocking up again in case there are days in the future where I miss a meal.

By the way, they also have good customer service, and that's always a plus :).

Thanks a lot for the recommendation on Ample!
I will take a look at that, especially since the customer service was good.
Huel wasn't too good on refunds.
I have been enjoying Sustenance.

Yeah, the exact same thing I had thought :)

But again, as we've just found out, there are times and use cases for it as well.
And I'd definitely be curious to try one -just not enough to start researching it, buying it, and then checking if anything is any better while replacing something that I already love and works great.
