I thought about this interaction more, and the general feeling I have is that Lia's higher-level objective was probably to isolate me from my female friend, so that I would not come back to further sports walks with my friend.

My friend has also told me of interacting further with Lia days after the walk, and getting the weird feeling that she was being love-bombed by Lia. So in the end my friend also decided to disconnect from Lia.
