Yeah, I generally agree with Bel and LoF.
I'm not necessarily against adding a note, but then if there should be a "rule" on proper behavior, then it would be something super simple like: "respect others" or "behave well" and leave it at the general level.
The best judge is always the community anyway.
Also, those general "rules" from other forums generally focus on the most obvious, in-your-face behavior.
And that's for sure not OK, but we know here that the root cause of that behavior is exactly what some people miss: the power move, the manipulation, the covert aggression, or a string of micro-aggressions and one-ups.
