How to convey that “I am a friend” instead of "I am not an enemy"?

What is the best way to be a friend and not an enemy when criticizing/commenting someone else's work?
Explaining that I am giving values
Say that I am not your enemy and you should have an anti-fragile mindset
Directly say that I am a friend
Use flattery phrases to create a frame of friendliness and then give critical comments

Not a big fan of those articles with lots of don'ts.  I d rather know what to do.  TBH I d apply the list above first.  And look at reviews from those seniors.  That's going to most relevant to your exact work situation
