The second iteration:

Definitely much better.

But I still wonder if the simpler black and white hull wouldn't provide a better "container" for that inner child:

If anyone has thoughts or idea, happy to read.

Throwing out some thoughts, in addition to your idea of putting the "inner child" inside the black and white frame:

  • positioning the baby on the chest instead of on the belly
  • positioning the crying baby head on the face (like "in the brain", to exemplify what he's thinking)

A symbol of transformation

Hello all,

I'm looking for an infographic to symbolize transformation.

Particularly, the transformation TPM seeks to provide from "good and ambitious but a bit too naive" to "force for good with the knowledge and tools to win".

The transformation could go:

  • Oppressed -> free and flying high
  • Weak -> high power
  • Bottom -> top status

To make it more allegorical I also thought to use animals.

For example, from dove to eagle.

The dove is a common symbol of "purity", not exactly the same, but close to naivete.
And the eagle as a sign of power, freedom, flying high, and TPM's logo.

If anyone has any idea, happy to read.

Hello Lucio;

Brainstorming here, a couple of symbols that evoke transformation for me:

  • Phoenix
  • Caterpillar
  • Cocoon
  • Butterfly

What evokes naivety for me as animal:

  • Bunny
  • Kitten
  • Puppy
  • Baby eagle

I'll let you know if I have more ideas...

I would add a yellow chick (as baby eagle).

BOOM!

Thank you, John!

That yellow chick -or baby angle- opened a new opportunity I wasn't even thinking of, and I think it's a huge step forward:

  1. Baby chick is even more naive than the dove
  2. Baby -> adult transformation may make the evolution more visually obvious because it's more obvious that it's an evolution (the "change of species" from dove to eagle may confuse some)
  3. Baby -> adult transformation may be a better fit to sub-communicate it's growth, not "becoming nasty" many don't want to transform their personality, so staying in the same species sub-communicate that it's not a change of personality and values, but just personal growth

The first rough sketch:

Albeit I had in mind something a bit more "spectacular" LOL, the progression isn't bad.

Plus, we can add colors later.

I think what's missing is the sense of transformation.

If anyone has any opinion, feedback, or idea, let me know (also via contact form if no access to the forum, TPM is working to become a more approachable business :D)

Yeah, maybe rather than the middle bird, it can be replaced with an arrow pointing to the "final stage" eagle.

And that final eagle can have its wings outstretched to add that effect of a spectacular transformation.
