You guys are kind, thanks. The phase I'm currently in is to transform into a high-performer (AKA a champion AKA a winner), so I'm listening to books on absorbing the champion mindset among other things. It all starts with self-belief, positive self-talk and habits. I'm currently putting a lot of efforts on changing my core habits: sleep, food, exercise, not procrastinating. So it's all about focussing on the process. I'm visualising as well the process (of studying) before going to bed.
Anyway, this is off topic 😉
