Resource Advice to break low value mindset.
Quote from Astronomically Revolutionised on November 16, 2020, 11:06 amHello lovely people!
Just a little history, so you may know where I'm coming from
Since my child hood I've been a push over, low status and everything in the same line.
Ever since I became conscious about it, I only looked for behaviours which would hide the underlying cause, changing the root cause was beyond my thoughts, I didn't know what to change. So I went on looking for behaviours, speech etc that would show I'm high value.
I moved on with a closed mind.
Recently my mind opened up alot l, and I want to work on my mindset instead of just changing my behaviours.
What resources would you suggest me to go through in order to change my mindset from a low value person to a high value person?
All advice will be highly appreciated!
Thanks,
A

Quote from Astronomically Revolutionised on November 16, 2020, 1:33 pmI haven't felt this feeling of euphoria before!
I have been into self development for years!
this is the first time i am focising on internal shifts consciously!
I can't really explain in words what i am feeling.

Quote from Stef on November 17, 2020, 6:15 amAnother thing that can help you is that, at least from the point of view of the Austrian School of Economics and other philosophers value is always subjective
as in "value is not a notion set in stone"
so the fact that you started as "low value" may have been only accidental or circumstancial and you do not have to accept it has part of your original identity.
