This is the best one so far. Very eagle-like. I think if you keep that mindset and attitude that underlies your writing, your leadership in your organization will soar.
The leader mindset has a lot to do with being a warm and strong father/mother-like figure (learned from Lucio). So this is way more like it.
When you do this, everybody cannot help but recognize your leadership.
