I noticed that Alan Roger Currie's books are missing from your "best dating books for men" section.
He's a very notorious dating coach in the manosphere/redpill community and he had a big impact on me. I'd love to have your point of view on his books when you have some time to read them.
I did recently finish "Mode One".
And I liked it a lot.
Basically, the main message is about being upfront and direct about your intention, and doing so very early on.
The advantages are:
- Saves time
- Avoids manipulative women and game players
- It's honest (with yourself and the people / women you deal with)
I think that there are times when being more indirect and vague can be (more) effective, as well as higher power. Being very direct, in a way, means that you're putting all your cards on the table, while sometimes it's higher power to approach dating with an attitude of "I'm not yet convinced about you, and I'm assessing you".
But there are also times when it's very powerful in going very direct, both on the first approach, on sexual intentions, and on relationship goals.
