That may be OK as far as I understand SEO because once Google sees the "public title" it ranks that.
And once people click on it, then it may not matter too much what the actual title is.
So the idea behind is: you can use a bit more of a click-baity title, and then also keep it more professional in the official article, so you can get the best of both worlds.
You can manage the public title VS the actual one with SEO software (in TPM's case, Yoast).
For example, the recent review of Marie Forleo's course:
The "public title" is a more click-baity:
This is why I did NOT like...
Which is still honest and fair because I didn't really like it that much -and it helps a lot to stand out in a sea of "me too" suspiciously-positive affiliate reviews).
However, once you actually click on the article, "official title" still largely follow's TPM template and it's much more "sober":

I am very interested in a concept in this lesson - that of avoiding looking at her first when approaching, which is totally new for me.
Does this make a significant difference in approach dynamics and reactions? As I imagine the interaction in my mind, it feels a bit "artificial" and somewhat difficult to implement, but it's very interesting.
If we are totally off topic here, I'll open a thread in the Private section for discussions about PU - or in the dating section if more appropriate.

Looking at her first can often be an indicator of interest (not always and necessarily, but definitely and often is).
And that gives your interest away and frames you already as chasing after her.
If she's already interested in you, no biggies.
But if she's not, yes, it can be a significant loss for you.
And it matters even more for in-demand women, or women who are playing that "I'm superior / I'm the prize" game where they avoid looking or smiling at anyone -then, the difference between your interest and hers is even larger, and that reflects on her higher value VS your lower value).
For more, yes, feel free to open a new thread (albeit the gist of seems to be already laid out now).
