A comment: in the paragraph about the causes of submission, under point “1. Background / Family of Origin”, along the concept that submissive parents grow submissive children, I would consider also adding the reverse: ie that aggressive/narcissistic/overpowering parents can also mold their children into submission (to them and, by extension due to their gaslighting the children into believing that submission is the only possible way to go, to all others)
