I am viewing some YouTube videos from Kim Anami, sex and relationship coach.

They seem good.

I find there is a deep link between improving power dynamics capacity, and sexual capacity/satisfaction, and she has the same view.

Here one tongue in cheek video on this, most of her videos focus on sexual techniques and on general sexual improvement concepts:

At the crossroad between "funny" with its crazy questions and titles, entertaining with its presentation, and instructive with its actual content:

Kurzgesagt.

Just discovered this channel, seen several videos, and it's quite awesome for some relaxation while, say, having a meal or coffee.

And added bonus:

Super powerful for "positive nihilism" and "positive humblness".

I find that reading/watching and pondering about the universe, future human challenges and major threats to species survival is one of the best ways to get more positively humble and positively nihilistic.
