The Book of Pook is a forerunner text in the manosphere and Red Pill world.
Good ideas inside, but not my cup of tea though: too long and disjointed.
The Female Brain focuses on the female brain and biology and the differences with the male counterparts. It has some imperfection and it received much criticism, but overall it’s a good text to gain an overview on female psychology.
It can be eye opening for men who invest too much in their women. These men could learn to make their women contribute more to the household. On the con side, it’s plagued by made up science and poor understanding of psychology, sociology and general human relations.
