New TPM logo: feedback?
I think the word "The" is too prominent.
Maybe we should make "the" smaller.

Yea, you're right, I was reading Matthew's note and thinking more about how to make it simple.
If we wanted to go for something more impactful, we could alter the letter "P" itself to be shaped like an eagle somehow (similar to the original design).
If I were in your shoes, Lucio, I would use this as an opportunity to test the creativity of the designer you're currently working with now. You can send them this logo:
Then, tell them you want it to look more like a letter "P" and see what they come up with.
It already has the general shape/skeleton they would need and the impactfulness of a giant eagle in the letter/logo. So, it feels like 80% of the work is done for them already here.
And, that means that if they find this too difficult, it might be worth making a mental note to use a different designer for projects such as this one.
This is the best I can manage right now.
Early thoughts?
I believe number 1 because of its simplicity.
Although the black eagle doesn't really look like an eagle.

Wanted to say: the new logos for the website look SO clean!
Every time I come back to the forum I feel like I'm in the right place.
And, in my opinion, Matthew couldn't have been more right about the shiny gold. Chef's kiss :).

A lot of the design came from your input too like the positioning and shape of the eagles.
I like how the logos are different on the header and footer, but they still work together well.
