Hi Lucio, my working relationship improved a lot with my intern so I want to thank you for guiding me in the right direction towards opening up the challenging topic.

Awesome, thank you for this note, and I'm happy to hear that.

I have to personally thank Lucio, Transitioned (Kevin) & Growfast for helping me to understand the different perspectives on my conversation with my acquaintance.

It has helped a lot, and I will certainly be taking time to think about them.

Thank you Matthew, John, and Lucio for your feedback in this thread.

Absolutely agree with everything you said there, Lucio. (And, yes, what you said makes sense, thanks for clearing it up :).

Looking forward to continuing to exchange ideas with you all.

Thanks to Kevin/Transitioned for preparing and sharing the case studies relating to project management.
Thanks to Lucio for the analysis of these case studies.

I work on projects a lot, and these are very valuable.

Yeah, thank you Matthew for bringing that up.

We might even compile them at the end and make a micro-guide in the end.

Big thanks to @Lucio.  It's his framework, techniques and  genius PD skills.  I m just providing the scenarios and a rough draft of a dialogue so we ve got something to work with.  At my current level I can't solve them without help.

IMO a projects microguide is a great idea.  I was thinking they would go into PU but PU already has a lot of content.  And there is a bit of Project lingo in the text so Lucio's idea is better.

I do think this level of content and practical application is a TPM USP.  I haven't seen it anywhere else.  And quite a significant one as so much work in the world is project based.  There's also factors in how projects run that guarantee competing agendas and fault lines. So it's a great Petri dish for power dynamics.

TPM is already amazing.  If we keep piling more cherries/USPs on top sooner TPM will be too good for the world to ignore and @lucio will be out Ferrari shopping 😁. Hopefully a big one so we can all fit into the selfie.

On the other hand (from your book review thread), your case studies are novel and practical coupled with your vast amount of project management experience.

I was thinking Lucio and yourself (Kevin) could work on publishing an ebook on this. Or course if that helps with the quizzes.

Kevin on the case studies and compilation. Lucio with the analysis. Or however everyone wishes to.

What do you think?

Typing from the phone. Better getting the idea out than perfect.

I like the idea and very open to potential applications.

Thank you for putting it out there, Matthew.

If @transitioned is interested, we can find something.

Some ideas:

  • Ebook and co-authoring on Amazon
  • Ebook and profit-shares on TPM
  • New lesson in Business University and profit shares based on.. Something we'll come up with
  • Lead magnet for the email list (albeit it would be harder to decide on how to share that, so not top prio for now)
  • ...

Since we had the issue on ebook Wordpress plugins, I will throw in an old post that may or may not help.

External Payhip to host ebooks

Of course, I'm already assuming this collaboration is taking place but clearly Kevin is a busy project manager high in demand.

PS: Typing from phone again. By the way, is it okay if I throw fast things out here? Or would it be preferred if I take time to craft a very proper introduction?
