Thank you for the heads up Matthew.
Now it's free-flowing as it was before.
P.S.: feel free to open a new topic for issues / suggestions, this is more for new content thas has been added (or removed) to/from PU.

Quote from Social_Strategist#1 on July 14, 2021, 2:37 amCongratulations on the Upgrade to Power University 2.0!
I haven't had the chance to explore it in depth yet.
My initial impression is that it is definitely an improvement/step in the right direct. That said, it's probably going to take a bit of time for me personally to adapt to the new format. But I have a feeling it's going to be worth it.
I do have one question that I haven't seen answered elsewhere in the forum:
Is there a quick and easy way to distinguish the newly added content? If not, I might suggest color coding or a stamp/label for the new content.
It would be helpful for those of us who are repeating the course because it would highlight the new material that we should pay particular attention to.

Thank you, SS, yeah, I think the usability is much improved.
Let me know what you think going forward.

For content updates, no, there isn't a way to spot "new" content on the lessons themselves.
I also see how it could be helpful, but I don't see an easy implementation for it.
What's new for you after one year will not be the same "new" for a guy who went through it 6 months ago, And it will not be the same for the guy who will go through it 6 months from now.
That's this thread was a great idea and why I use it constantly.
And for larger updates, there is also the "Power University change log" page.

First: Congratulations for the new look Lucio, and the update to power university.
Second: My progress after the update was returned to zero; I have no issue with restarting from zero and I’d like to know if it’s possible to have my progress bar back? I only want to re-read Power University when I’m done with it; that’s my habit of doing things.
Thank you for reading, have a wonderful day.

Quote from Lucio Buffalmano on July 15, 2021, 6:30 pmNew lesson:
- How to be Machiavellian: still an early release. Will add more examples in the next days, and potentially spin off the "Mach strategies" into a new lesson.
As a reminder, guys, this thread is for content updates.
The goal for people opening this thread is to see right away what's new in PU.
So it's cool to talk about the update, the pros/cons and the feedback of the new lessons.
But it's off-topic for technical feedback and issues, or general talk about PU.

Quote from Lucio Buffalmano on July 20, 2021, 6:50 pmNew structure:
The new course provides the ability to be more "granular".
So now there are:
- Modules
- Lessons
- Topics (the old lessons)
So now for example, the "frame control technique part I" is:
- Module: Frame control
- Lesson: Frame control techniques
- Topic: Frame control technique I
This is great news, and as I start reviewing the course, I will further refine the structure for even higher precision.
I'm also thinking of a smarter division for "frame control techniques".
For example, to categorize based on aggression/collaboration/defense or something like that. I'll have to see what makes the most sense.

Always good to have a general big picture on a concept and then understand the nuances & techniques in greater detail.I was thinking about a mindmap structure or graph structure.
Since power dynamics has so many inter-related concepts.
I'm not sure a linear, hierarchical structure is the best for grouping concepts together.Though I suppose that it's easier to create courses in the linear, hierarchical structure.
And one is constrained by the course provider as well.

Quote from Matthew Whitewood on July 29, 2021, 10:06 amThat was what I was thinking here:
Lucio: I'm proud and very happy to see how you handled this, Ali.
But I may be reading this wrong and it's not a power move.

Quote from Lucio Buffalmano on August 1, 2021, 4:40 amSome new updates:
POWER 101
- Fundamental laws of power: new subcategories, new titles, re-ordering
- Fundamental life strategies of power: added sub-items; added "cover your ass" as part of the core strategies. Overall upgrade
- Assignment added
SOCIAL SKILLS:
- Assertiveness: it's now its own lesson (as John had suggested), together with passive / submissive style & aggressive. 2 more cases of "high-power" assertiveness; new section on the "strategic exceptions", such as when to avoid assertiveness; slightly shorter and "leaner" now, but with better overall content/quality
- Covert power moves: 3 new covert power moves
- Smaller upgrades to all lessons
