I suggest adding the word "predisposed"

"Eggs on me" was a figurative expression to say that "I deserved being thrown eggs at" ("egging"), as sometimes egging is used as a form of showing extreme dislike towards someone's actions.
But maybe that expression is very unclear to anyone reading it.

As I sometimes dine 12 egg yolks, I would preffer people throwing eggs at me than roses...given I were able to catch them and save some for later... thats it!
